Three simple steps
Only a full name and DOC (or inmate) number are required to begin. You can personalize everything else afterward.
Step 1: Create your free Online Connection Hub account
Send and receive your first messages, manage conversations, explore the community, receive notifications, and help manage an Inside Community Member’s account.
Step 2: Begin a 14-day Voice Connection Hub trial
A minimum $5 Connection Credit deposit activates the phone number. Your entire deposit is immediately credited to the Inside Community Member’s Connection Account — it is not an activation fee.
Step 3: Start staying connected
The Inside Community Member receives their phone number, Voice Connection Hub, profile, and Stacy AI Assistant. You receive your Online Connection Hub.
